i mean it was obvious they did this. Made all you fricks swear up and down that he is dead. Well you can thing that until some hollywood exec comes in and say hey lets do a movie.

I think there is a strong case he was a goner.

Phil was executed right in front of his wife. You have to think if there was retaliation on Soprano that his family could all be witnesses to his death.
