My reason for Roaf is because of the value of the upgrade. Jackson, Sharper and Roaf are all Hall of Famers. But who are the replacing?
Jackson/Roaf/Sharper > Harper/Jenkins/IAQ/Vacarro > Galette/Butler/Rufus > Unknown LT

No to mention gives your franchise qb the best LT in the league to go with the best guard tandem. The extra time/lack of pressure would allow SO MANY more first downs and extend lots of drives. It would also cut down on probably 5-10 turnovers a year. That's way more valuable than some extra qb pressure.
