Good lord!! The guy wasn't that bad!!! The only thing people talk about is the backwards pass.....he was under pressure, looked back and saw a white jersey and just tried to make something happen. Cut the dude some slack. He was the saints stats leader in most categories before brees came along....

You're right. I don't remember any of that anymore though. I just remember a guy throwing picks and then walking off the field smiling as if he didn't give a flying chaffed hang-gliding def albino giraffe's arse.
Then goes to abysmal Oakland, fails, and is out if the league unemployed.
That's just me though. Maybe I'm getting senial in my late 20's who knows.

Aaron Brooks wasn't involved in at least 2 of those pictures, maybe 3.
I still have fond memories of ABs time in New Orleans, even if many Saints fans have forgotten.

i thank him for the 1st playoff win, i really do.
stats leader for a while in a franchise that has such greats as Wuerfel, 2 Billy Joes, Rosenfels and a list of other D rated starting QB's kinda skews that don't ya think?
bottom line is - he was terrible and was a shining example of how a QB, who sits unders a veteran - possibly one of the best ever, does not equate to greatness.
