Wow, I am thrilled he has a curfew and is banned from the bars. I think if he follows that and stays out of trouble and can prove he's been going to class, the judge will not revoke his probation and he misses the first half against TCU.

Yeah the petition to revoke. Meaning, the hearing most likely happened today and the judge didn't revoke probation, now the prosecution can make a motion to petition for revocation. Which will likely be denied, as it seems she has already made her decision

If that is the way y'all deal with it in La., good on ya. As I previously said, I hope the best for the young man. Recidivism is a terrible thing.
