Real world Blue-headed Vireos don't look like that, their head is really more a dark gray than actually blue. The photographer went a little crazy with photoshop on that one. This is much more typical:
From the original post - blue confined to the head could be Painted Bunting:
The other strong possibilities are Indigo Bunting and Blue Grosbeak. Both can be somewhat mottled this time of year so they could be mostly blue on the head though it's unusual. The females of all of these are drab and similar looking. They all come to feeders, something I've never seen a Blue-headed Vireo do.
