Good read. Here's the statement I take issue with:

There was nothing rare or exceptional about what happened at the Masters. It was a straightforward ruling that both Tiger and the rules committee fricked up.

Well I think it was rare in the fact that not only did the committee frick up, Tiger told on himself in an interview afterwards.
