It really isn't.
He implied homosexuality is nothing but a conscious choice when he says gay sex is against the laws of nature. That simply is not true. Homosexuality happens in the animal kingdom ALL the damn time. If it was so unnatural it simply would not be so readily observable.

Wait wut?
Is murder a conscious choice, because animals do it naturally?
Is cannabalism a conscious choice, because animals do it naturally?
So yes, gay sex can still be a conscious choice for humans, even if animals do it naturally
Maybe you missed that day in class. Humans are a higher life form and don't give in to animalistic instincts
