With today's marketing world, the big market thing does not affect endorsements for marquee pkayers. Those markets have a legacy which is appealing due to success in a time partially driven by when the emdorsements were skewed to big markets.
For those luxury players... Odom, Terry... they get the benefit of the endorsement bias.

He's trying to be Kobe-like.
Yes, Kobe one time wanted out of L.A., but he never quit on his team like Chrissy did when he was getting outplayed be lesser PGS for a majority of that season. I'll never respect him again for that.
I do think he wants to win more than Dwight. Dwight just doesnt want the finger pointed at him when his team loses.
