You can drink on probation. Unless your crime involved drinking at time or drug related.

if you are on probation for sexual battery you probably cannot drink at a bar and you certainly should not be drinking at a bar. This guy had a very very close call and got a second chance and it boggles the mind that he would be out at Tigerland on a Friday night... He is asking for trouble.

He is underage so no, he cannot drink on probation as that is a criminal offense. I am not a stickler on underage drinking either, just saying. He should have stayed home. Plenty of Time to offseason party with millions in the NFL.
