I think it tastes good, but the consistency freaked me out. It was shredded thin, which I like, but it was pretty dry so it just formed globs and oozed from the side of my sandwich in globs 
It wasn't wet enough to break apart.. it was more like a dough consistency. Weird.

I'm with LL on this one. It tastes okay, I guess, but the consistency is absolutely terrible. I like chunks, not spreadable chicken.
