Then you are one of the lucky ones. Google "Vortex Strikefire scope reflection problem"and do some reading.
I have the same issue with the one I have sitting at the house.

The key is that if you are shooting both eyes open and focusing on the target instead of the inside of the scope you shouldn't really notice it. The idea is to train your eyes so that you merge the dot with the field of view of your non-dominant eye. That has worked well for me and I don't even see it unless I am looking for it.
The only thread I found anyone complaining about that issue is on ar15.com. And here is the response from the resident vortex rep.
