Been down that road once before w/ F-350 ---- don't want to inherit problems caused by somebody's poor maintence.

For that little mileage I switch my vote to 100% the 6.2. You will never come close to seeing the payoff of the 6.7. I have not towed the weight that you are talking about but mine sits in a 150 and the dually will handle 100% differently.
