So what was your experience with LL that made you steer clear? I agree that I think Searchers is better, but I didn't see anything about LL that was terrible. I think their 'customer service' could be a little better...

I work by LL and every time I go in there (had to get a KC bulb recently), they hassle me about why I didn't have them install my lift, or why I didn't use them to order my front bumper just to name a few. I do not get that hassle at Searchers.

Update:

So Phillip was in the shop doing some fabricating but I talked with Josh about the problem. He basically told me that my tie rod end is completely shot and he said no bullshite it's one of the worst he has seen! He also mentioned to me about a bushing on my trac bar that has some lag that needs to be replaced. He gave me a tour of the shop and we talked for a few minutes about all the builds and other cool shite that they have going on. All of these guys are jeep owners and seemingly really know what they are talking about. All in all a nice way to spend a couple hours of my time when I thought all hope was lost. Granted I only talked to Josh, but they have a great operation and are extremely welcoming.

They are gonna order my parts ASAP and get me back on the road.
