Cowboy ribeye at Mr. John's, though surprisingly Tsunami in BR nailed the Sumo (bone-in) ribeye on Friday, merits mentioning...
Most surprising cut I had was the bone-in filet at La Boca, ribeye flavor in a lean cut...was weird but great...
Really good steaks I had out of town were at Smith & Wollensky in Miami and the Chophouse in Vegas, but I'd put the local ones above those
