Mashed in water. Was resting at 149 so I boiled 1/4 gallon of water to bring my temps to 152. Right on target. Now mashing for 1 hour

Thanks for posting pics. I love the tutorials that you guys do...looking to start brewing once school dies down and these threads will sure help out.

Recirculating wort (vorloren) to get a nice solid grain bed and clear up some of the runnings
