Big motorcycle race in Austin today

3 (Nicky Hayden, Ben Spies, Colin Edwards) of the 24 riders in the premier class are American and this is the first race in Austin, which is being referred to as a world class track by anyone's standards. Another American, Blake Young, is a wildcard for this race. Apparently there's also a Mike Barnes but I don't know who that is.

Free practice today, qualifying on Saturday and full races on Sunday.
