Pseudonymous is the proper term for it. I have used it many times when discussing bitcoins. I may have also used terminology like "mostly anonymous" or "potentially anonymous" all to describe the same concept. However, pseudonymous is the proper terminology.

Buttcoins are anonymous, which makes them superior to bitcoins. Chuckie Cheese Tokens are also anonymous, btw.
