I understand the premise plenty. Maybe it is you who doesn't understand. Why build a gate system to nowhere? Seems like some of the planets would have life and they would actually lead somewhere.

No need to argue after this. Over a million years had passed. Things changed since then. What is so hard to understand. You obviously don't get the premise. All of this is trivial. Sorry you hate the show for dumbass reasons.

Seed ships are unmanned spaceships launched from Earth by the Ancients tens of millions of years ago.

How much different is Earth now compared to millions of years ago.

No need. Understanding complex ideas is way over your head. There is a big difference between watching and actively watching. You obviously did the former.

Once again, why build it and don't ever use it. It has nothing to do with being over anyones head. It is simply a stupid idea by the writers. They sent out seed ships millions of years ago so LONG before they ascended, so it is reasonable to assume they would have then gone out to check the gates.

Once again, the other iterations the gates lead to habitable planets. This time they lead to nothing. Makes no sense.

Try again.

Try disputing the 13 of 20 since you said they always used the gate. Keep at it you might get at least one valid point amidst your insults before I go to sleep.
