Once you figure that out you're good. I just moved some layers around and exported the pics out in sequence. Then I opened them all as layers and exported it to a gif

How has the fish not been replaced with the deer antler handle bar thing yet?

something with the racist boating safety images seems appropriate

I found its easier to make multiple copies of the layer you want to superimpose and then position where you want it to be frame by frame and then "merge down" the top layer to create one layer. Then add the finished layers to the animated timeline. Don't thank me, thank idlewatcher. He's the one who set me on the correct course.

Im not exactly sure what you are saying But what I did was moved the layer and saved each copy to a new file name, which allowed me to use only one copy of everything and continue working.
You're way is probably better though if I can understand.

Example: Dr. Kim Evil gif.
- I first cut out Kim's face and may it layer
- Then, I made a duplicate of the same layer for each layer (frame) in the gif (or gif I intended to make)
- Next, I positioned each duplicate layer Above each layer I wanted it to be a part of (ie Kim's face over dr evils face)
- Then, I went to the very first layer (dr evil) and top layer (kims face) and made them visible. Then I clicked on the top layer (kim) and positioned the top layer where I wanted it to be on the bottom layer (dr evil).
- Then, I right clicked on the top layer (kim) and selected "Merge Down". This fused the two layers together and superimposed the top layer (Kim's face) over the bottom layer (dr. Evil).
Do this for each layer in the gif and then highlight all gifs then "Make frames from all layers". After, select timing and then "save as web". Afterward, in the word of idle, "hilarity ensues"
I'm assuming you're using photoshop. If not, I just wasted precious time I could have spent fapping to Sara jean. And if so, kudos on the troll job. I kid I kid
ETA: Just read you're make individual saves.... Try my way and it will cut your work by 80%. I'm sure there's an easier more efficient way than what I've suggested that the gifmasters can provide which would benefit me as well.

I think I understand what you are saying. I'm using gimp, but I believe it works the same way as photoshop. I will try that as well.
