I haven't weed'n'fed or fertilized my lawn in 3 years (yeah, I'm a slacker) but when I used Bonus S on my centipede lawn 4 years ago it worked wonders.

Grass turned a nice dark uniformed green and didn't have a single weed pop up at all that year.

I didn't use anything other than the Bonus S.

You should only fertilize centipede in the spring, and stay away from a fertilizer high in nitrogen. Too much nitrogen makes the grass out-grow the roots and increases the chance for insect problems. I agree with the post above about using a weed killer and fertizer separately.
