this right chea. his mixtapes speak for themselves, and his album was great.

Kendrick Lamar. His old albums are the best. Shows his growth. Lupe Fiasco is up there also if you like his kind of rap.

But Joey Bada$$ is poised to be the east coast Kendrick, sort of the new age savior of hip hop on the east coast.
Honestly, it's slim pickens these days though. Nothing like the 90s, and I'm 19.
