Jay-Z isn't a business man. I'm willing to bet he wouldn't know the first thing about negotiating deals. He is an extremely successful and popular rapper who has made enough money to hire the best and legit business men to do all the real work for him. He just shows up to the GQ and Forbes photo shoots in a fancy suit to receive all of the credit. Only in America.

You know this how?

Specifically, I'm wondering what exactly have you seen or read that you seem to know this information?

He's not a business man. He's a business, man.

So a guy hires good people to work for him and make him buttloads of money. Sounds like a good businessman to me.
