Anything "LAW" outside of criminal law should give you more knowledge than him...on second thought, criminal law would help because of all of the clauses in the contract pertaining to that area as well....
I cannot wrap my head around you thinking he is at your level in law, which is about 95% of a players contracts.

I didn't say he's at my level of law. I can write and argue better than jay z. But in terms of being an agent, we probably know about the same.
Law school doesn't necessarily prepare you for being an agent. Sure, there has to be offer/acceptance and consideration for a binding contract, but anyone can learn that without ever going to law school.
