Oh yeah. They have drop nozzle attachments. That hang about 4 or 5 feet off the boom so you can run over 3/4 grown corn and spray the ground below the leaves.
The clearance is right at 6 foot from the ground to the belly of the rig.
ETA: The rims are 36's...
