When I named the file I used the word 'frick'. It looks like somewhere along the way it got changed to 'frick' by a filter. I think it might be at the browser level.
Anyway...I put a copy of the file out there without 'frick' in the filename and it's good to go. First time I have ever run into this.

happened to me once with a Ronald McDonald gif with "frick" in it. They bounced it
