I'm still not understanding how Sams is making a profit after purchasing at your marked up price?
I'll address this below.

LINK lol, I googled on an ipad and found that in 2 seconds yet BGE claims they are actively pursuing unauthorized retailers???
And guess what, that egg also comes with no warranty. Sam's is not getting them straight from BGE if that is what you are implying.
I'm not sure what your beef is with this. If I remember correctly, I'm the one here who has a direct link to BGE. So even if I only know a little about what is going on, it's still more than what you, or anyone else who can't let it go, knows.

Sam's managers aren't walking into ANY retailer buying ANY BGE for resale. Deliveries of BGE to Sam's come directly from the Sam's general merchandise distribution centers. Fact.
This is correct. I will admit that I will do a little back tracking on what I've said here...but in my first post I was only stating what I had been told up to that point.
I just asked my parents about this. Apparently BGE will not warranty ANY egg sold at Sam's, either in store or online. BGE does not want any affiliation with Sam's and does not want them selling their product. My parents said the president of BGE sent a letter/email to all authorized retailers expressing his discontent with Sam's and they are going back and forth with Sam's trying to figure out who is supplying them with BGEs. There is some vendor supplying Sam's direct with eggs at cost and Sam's is marking them down below what retailers like us sell them at. It is also still possible that some stores are buying them direct from retailers, as most retailers offer a lower price for "cash & carry" and bulk buys. Apparently Sam's is also beginning to do the same thing with Vera Bradley products and Vera Bradley is less than pleased.

So they aren't buying them from you at $1100 and selling them at $899?
That's a pretty big "back track" and has been the basis for all of the questions directed towards you.

What Vendor is able to get them below cost to sell them at cost to Sams? Or is a Vendor getting something on the back end? I havent priced them at Sams but what kind of meat is left on the bone after Sams gets them 2nd hand for them to make something and their supplier/vendor to make something?
Companies would sell their soul to break onto a Sams shelf yet Sams is having to make back room deals to sell a product they can't get directly from the manufacturer? Sounds a little backwards to me.
