I still think that if TSM resets right before they start baron the game may have had a different outcome. They just won a team fight, tried to rush baron and ended up with just one person with it. If you reset there and fight at baron you have a much better shot, IMO.
Saying Bjerg is TSMs problem is pretty silly though.
You have a team playing it's first live funnel strat game on stage against a team that's won 4 games in a row on it. They had an excellent early game and just failed to continue that lead.

How? They've swapped and changed out every other aspect except him over the years. He is the one constant. He is statistically nowhere near what he used to be.
How many other players/coaches can you change out and still not have international results and now even domestic results before you finally move on from him?
If you blow it up in 2 months, he has to be included.

I mean 100T looked god awful at RR against it, and have made multiple rosters changes in the last 2 weeks alone. Was AnDa's first start as well wasn't it?

This meta changes a lot of player's play styles.
Bjergs best champs this year are Darius and Irelia.
That just isn't what he's used to playing. He just may not be the force he's been in the past with this meta.
He was playing at an MVP level at the end of last split. The meta shifted and he hasn't adapted to it.
