It's funny, I've been playing mid most of ranked so far this season and sinning 50% of my games. I switched to jungle playing Voli (op) and Xin Zhao (more op) and have won most of my games since. I kind of feel I've experienced the opposite you have. I think Jungle can take over games in low elo (not sure where you are at ranked wise).
After playing 89 games.. 46 wins and 43 losses, I am now officially out of Bronze
I had gotten some really bad luck with teams and losses.. many throws, many stompings.
I feel so accomplished.. It's kind of sad really.

Jhin with 4 buffs on the PBE update tonight, all base buffs.
Jhin
HP regen per second increased to 1.2 from 1.1
HP regen per second growth increased to 0.11 from .1
Base Armor increased to 22 from 20
Movement Speed increased to 330 from 325
Urgot ult now fears enemies for 1.5 seconds after swapping places, that was his big change they teased.
Malph HP regen nerfed, Ez ult cd nerfed substantially from 80 to 120.
Also a section for Lucian nerfs but not posted yet.
