dr mundo ultimate CD buff REVERTED (would of been insane if that made live)
nidalee nerf to human E reverted (lol)
Shen ultimate CD reduced to 180/150/120 from 200/180/160
late game Shen is gonna be a splitpush monster potentially. 40 second cooldown reduction on lvl 3 ultimate is pretty big.
would need jackie chan to comment more as i dont play shen and dont even know if he can splitpush
After reading further , it seems this isn't too big of a deal for shen players

Finally made it to Silver V promos, already down two games because people are fricking retarded. I can't carry shite when we're down 15 kills 15 minutes into the match

The reduction is actually pretty huge, but not just because of shen. Going to make a particular combo that much stronger.
