The character I've played that has had the biggest in games I've won is Jax.
I'm OKAY-ish at jungle. Just reached level 28. Never really learned how to properly jungle before.
FWIW, my bro's favorite char is Elise. Hes gonna be using her as much as possible when he tries to get to gold in the next 2 weeks.

I've tried to jungle here recently, but I always get stuck with teammates that don't know how to play with a jungler. I guess I'm still too low in the Elo pool to get competant teammates.
I just end up saying screw it. Play the top lane 2v1 and let the other members of the team try to push the other lanes with an extra person advantage.
Some games it works out ok. I just don't think they understand that pushing the other team under tower before lvl 6 doesn't really do anything.
