AMD stock skyrockets today to over $15.50 a share on the news of the quarterly earnings call.

AMD CPU & GPU divisions up 51% over last year, 200m revenue increase.

I said I would consider selling my shares at $17, and we're at $15.70 currently, but this is all before the large market chunks Threadripper is about to take and before EPYC hits the market so I may just up that to the analysts consensus of $20/share by the end of the year and look to sell then.

I wouldnt sell until EPYC.

The GPU division up? lol how?

Edt: The only experience I have with turning around good stocks was when Shaw was purchased by CB&i and saw shares go from $27.50 to $42.00 over night. Shaw matched really good, i dont remember what but it was the same month I left them so rolled it into an IRA to sell. Thought it was lottery money but was also 26 and dumber than I am now.

I get that you like AMD and it's fine, I just don't know why you need to spam this thread with every AMD thought/article/ stock report you find.

I am not brand loyal and go where the performance is, but you are overboard fanboy, when AMD is down you tout what is coming, and when they make big strides you are unbearable.

I for one only want the facts on performance in this thread and not someone trying to push an agenda.
