Ok, I downloaded DiskCheckup from Passmark. It has everything labeled as "OK" and doesnt show any problems. I ran its short test, which passed. I started the game up and watched the read/write data lines during the clicking. Both showed zeros during the click and occasionally had some values between clicks.
This time, the system blue screened and restarted with the CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION error. As far as I can tell, this just means that a critical system process ended, but Microsoft's website doesn't list potential causes for this.
I should also note that I've been troubleshooting this problem for a few days and I've done a few tests such as Windows 7's chkdsk and I also downloaded a drive test package from Western Digital's website. Ran these tests separately, which took about 2+ hours each. Both came back as passing. I've also run tests on the RAM using Memtest86. I ran memtest86 over night for about 6 total passes. This also came back fine.

Any OCs or heat issues? Only happens "in game" right?
