With the new controllers that were put out with the One S you can hook them up to your pc through bluetooth and not have to worry about hardwire or wireless dongle.
@Raz...You can also go to MS website and design your own.

Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Ram: 16GB of G.Skill Ripjaws V Series
Storage: Intel 540s 480GB 2.5" SSD

Case: Phanteks Enthoo Luxe ATX
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 650W

Oh this is nice. So the new controllers can connect via Bluetooth.
