I feel the same way a little. Especially since I will be in Corpus Christi until December and no HBM2 on GP102.
But..
How much will HBM2 benefit me at 4K? The throughout is a little lower but I'm sure you could bump up against 500MBps with an OC on that RAM.

Probably not that much really, but I've also heard there are games now with mods that can push 12GB, so HBM2 being 16GB and up to 32GB....that's what I want.
