Good lord man, your cooling system is 1/2 what my new build was. 
Makes my $175 cooler look like a water pistol.

The sad part is that my loop isn't much better at cooling the CPU than your Swiftech. That thing is a beast of a cooler. Of course, I have a couple of 980s in the loop, too. However, it really doesn't take much to cool these Maxwells at all. They never go over 40C under full load, and that's with my gentle typhoons running at half speed.
