Another network question for someone visiting family. Looking to set up 2 routers across the house from the same modem. There is a hard line that runs across the house for this. Anyone have experience with this?

I have a router running behind another router in my house. Primary is time capsule and there's a Netgear on my FIL side that he uses. No issues and nothing special about the setup afaik. I didn't even know he had a router on his side until a few months ago. He had a switch replaced and the router put in.
