With the 59th pick in the 2013 Microsoft TD.com NFL draft, The Atlanta Falcons select...
Zach Ertz, Tight End from the Stanford Cardinal.
The Falcons are STUNNED that some dumbass GM actually took a known pothead and very probable BUST in the 2nd round but they use it to their advantage. The Falcons thought about selecting a Tight End in the first round but Tyler Effert was gone and the Falcons were thinking about grabbing a tight end in the later rounds, but since Ertz is available they can't pass him up. With tremendous ACTUAL value Ertz is highly dynamic as a pass catcher but needs to fill out his flame.
He will channel his inner Rob Gronkowski and most likely be a perennial pro-bowler by being able to learn from Tony Gonzales and work with Roddy White, Steven Jackson, and of course the super start Julio Jones, while catching passes from the best passer in the NFC South.

Damn good pick for the Falcons
You lost me with all that Gronkowski nonsense though at the end
Looked at him for the Rams til i remembered they signed Jared Cook

With the 60th (??) pick in the 2013 Td.com NFL draft, the San Francisco 49ers select ...
Out of pure luxury.....
EJ Manuel, quarterback from Florida state
We need a backup QB after the departure of Alex smith. Manuel can come in if needed and run an offense similar to Kaep. We weren't sure he would fall to us this late in the second round. Glad to have him.

In all fairness, from following his Twitter it does seem like he's matured a little and is committed. I personally think him being mentored by pp7 was tremendous for him. I think he put things in perspective very well and got him on the right track. Now what he'll do when not under pp7 wing wjo knows but personally I feel like he's changed for the better, he knows what he's giving up now if he effs up.

Damn I have 6 picks in that round
Posted on 4/1/13 at 1:55 am to KosmoCramer
5 as well. I thought the 49ers had 3 picks in the third round. I might not have picked EJ Manuel had I known it was only 2
Posted on 4/1/13 at 2:09 am to Na Mean
I don't mind you rescinding so long as its before the next pick
Posted on 4/1/13 at 2:12 am to PurpleDrank18
You want EJ for the Chiefs?
