Because he's a weight room stud but it doesn't translate to on the field. His numbers are Trent Richardson type of numbers, but him on the field was just a guy that gets 5 carries on outside runs. Weight room freak doesn't mean you're a stud on the field. And what they do on the field speaks louder than what they do at a combine.

You may want to look up Fords career stats and compare to others who play or have played at LSU. That career YPC number is a lot closer to 6 than 5.
