That waiver just allows him to transfer but with those limitations. He would have to send an appeal waiver to the NCAA to allow him to play immediately due to the new coach. I think they normally allow them to play right away in this circumstance

Yeah Danuel House would be a really solid pickup. Athletic and long scorer with a decent shot.
I was hoping that if he picked LSU (or any school really) that he could get a waiver to play immediately due to the coaching change. But it's 50-50 whether he could play right away or have to sit a year.
