One interesting thing I noticed in the CBA and didn't notice before: 3rd and 4th year players aren't eligible for the vet min benefit, so a 3rd year min player counts a bit more against the cap than, say, a 15 year vet min player.

Actually, looking at the list, Roby, Humber, and Richardson (who?) are the only ones that apply, so if everything else is dead on, they only overshoot by about $800k.
