Would it be fair to say that Touchet always out performs his abilities and Craig Victor always under performs his ability.
At least that's the feeling I get.
I'd say Victor is the specimen but watching both play I'm not sure he deserves to be as highly regarded as he is.

Would be extremely correct. Two are complete opposites. I'd go into detail from what I've seen on the court but don't want to start an argument.
Just know this, Touchet's work ethic and humility will get him further than where he is talent wise. Victor... is just blessed to be talented and has obviously worked hard on his game.

Yea he undeperforms but he averaged 18 pts with a team that had absolutely no guard play the whole year and all this while getting double teamed.
