A lot of people (mainly blogs/articles I've read) seem to think he breaks out this years and turns more into that 25/100 guy with 15 steals. He is in his peak years as he is only 29 and has improved past couple of seasons

He started out ok his first two years, regressed, had a career year, then regressed again.
