Troy's schedule with DeMarcus Ware as a starter:
Nebraska
Alabama-Birmingham
Southern Utah
Iowa State
Missouri
Austin Peay
Mississippi State
Marshall
Florida Atlantic
Arkansas
Florida A&M
Utah State
Kansas State
Minnesota
Alabama-Birmingham
Southeastern Louisiana
Marshall
Nebraska
Florida International
Virginia
North Texas
Middle Tennessee State
Utah State
Louisiana-Monroe
Marshall
Missouri
New Mexico State
South Carolina
Utah State
Arkansas State
Louisiana State
Idaho
Florida Atlantic
Louisiana-Lafayette
Middle Tennessee State
Northern Illinois
A respectable schedule, but not an SEC grinder with teams like Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas, aTm week in and week out.
And he can't be terrible because he was a 2012 All-SEC Second Team (AP, Coaches), 2011 Second-Team All-Southeastern Conference (AP) and 2010 Freshman All-Southeastern Conference (Coaches).
He had three tackles for a loss and two sacks along with one QB hurry against Arkansas in 2011.
Had two sacks with four total tackles and a QB hurry against Auburn in 2011.
So I'll see your 2 sacks against Towson and WKU and raise you 4 sacks against Arkansas and Auburn.

2 of his 12.5 came against Towson and WKU. Both known SEC powers.

he was UNBLOCKED on both sacks. One play nobody even attempted to block him and the other the LG is assigned to pull and block the Left Defensive End.

Watch all of the highlights from all those games. He gets washed out on all running plays and only makes plays when he is entirely unblocked on passing plays and can just run in a straight line to the QB.
He is the king of just stopping to play pitter patter with slow average college OTs. He made DJ Fluker, who was exposed badly by speed rushers throughout his career, look like Anthony Munoz in the 3 biggest games of Mingo's career.

Josh Booty made 1st team All-SEC. Alex Hurst made first team All-SEC. Would you take them at 15?
