with the current system, the student allotment is based on seniority and they are usually sold out before it gets to freshman. This laws would require a specific allotment for freshmen. It's stupid.

False. Every freshman who requested tickets last year were awarded them. They start by saying to request package a or b just in case demands is too high. Seems like the daughter or son forgot to order their tickets.

so the filthy language and lewd behavior is coming from upper classmen who should know better and not immature freshmen nubes???.....that's stupid

This.

My daughter's freshman year (2010) she got all but 2 games. She was easily able to purchase the missing 2 from other students.

My freshman year (1986) I got all but 2 games...and was able to easily purchase the missing 2 from other students.

I'm really confused as to why this required legislative intervention. Seems like things are like they've always been...which is to say 'acceptable and equitable'.
