Granger is trade bait and has been all season. A swap for Gordon is good value for valu

29 and bad knees << 23 and bad knee would be dumb it would put us behind the 8 ball even further

Google Anderson for Gasol and there will be about 100 links, cause that was one of the hottest rumors at the deadline.

Even if it is Gasol is 32, his production and body is declining << Anderson 24 best scorer for the Hornets, and can stretch the floor better than anyone at his position

My idea is to get Roberts and Miller time as primary back-ups

Roberts is 27 and is unfortunately a mediocre backup PG, Miller love the guy but he's just flat out not an NBA caliber player he does not excel at anything and is mediocre at everything

not trying to rain on your parade but I want to see the Pelicans invest in young talent not trade it away...Pau is a decent player right now, 3 years ago I'd love him, Granger give him to me 3 years ago

see my thoughts are you get Pau Gasol, Granger, Davis, EG, and a PG now you have 3 guys who are injury risks and your paying big money to all of them and they are old what will you do in lets say 3 years when they are gone? AD 3 years down the road has developed into what we think he will be so you bank on bringing in more FA's during the offseason? We are a small market team and we cannot rely on FA's to come here even with AD

get me young guys, get players from the draft and watch lets say Porter, Davis, Rivers, Gordon, and Anderson grow together and sprinkle in one or two FA's which is a little more likely maybe a trade but as a small market team you can't rely (not saying it doesnt happen) but you cannot rely on FA's and trades
