Same here from the simplest things to more complicated. It's a challenge I enjoy and it's a stress reliever. I'm completely immersed when cooking. I liken it to other people's hobbies like sports or hunting. I love reading about cooking, food and restaurants. I would benefit from researching other things as much as I do food, cooking and restaurants.
