Could you expound upon this? I'm not familiar with the entire background of the school, but I was under the assumption that their eligibility problems and such were with the Texas HS Athletic Association, not the NCAA.

Sanders basically recruited or tried to get every nationally ranked basketball player in the Dallas metro area, and thus their eligibility was in question 
. U believe he raided Grace Prep, anyways long story short they compete in the National Prep league not the Texas Athletic Association if I am correct. Basically it will become the premier basketball factory school in Texas.
