LSU and a few other major programs are beginning to show interest in Destrehan 2015 WR Kirk Merritt. He isn't ranked yet, but his highlights are pretty good.

It will be interesting to see what WRs and DBs LSU take for 2015. Carlos Strickland, 6'4 200lb WR out of Dallas Skyline has LSU on top. Also believe LSU is the leader for Jamal Peters, safety from Mississippi who is considered the top 2015 prospect from the state.

15 is gonna be more fun for us. Lots of unknowns about who will eventually make up the class. 14 is intriguing but we've known 90% of the class since yhis time last year. Also a lot less stressful without the huge fish instate.

What positions are we going to go hard after in '15? We're taking several WRs and DBs this cycle...whats position is going to make up a good chunk of this next class?
I think we need to take 4 or so linemen on both sides of the ball
Theres not a pressing need for several receivers with the youth and depth that will already be on campus, but again theres so many talented wide outs in state. Not as many as talented as the big three in 14, but very deep.
Could see a few athletes (Fournette, Dillon, Ducre, Capers-Smith, etc)...but these guys could also be grouped in a more definite position over the next year or so

Daylon Mack is a TAMU commit now.

I've wanted both Jamal's since before the hootie saga. Jamal Adams and jamal peters would be money.

Would love to add Peters and either McFadden from florida...specifically Tavarus

I've said multiple times the 2015 DB haul will rival the 2014 class. Coach Raymond is putting in major work, Tavarus will be a monster at the camps he goes to. Also LSU is currently in the top 5 for almost all of the top guys like Iman Marshall and Minkah Fitzpatrick.

Speaking of the DB haul...Kevin Henry, local safety prospect, can be added to the offered list as of this morning

6 instate uncommitted prospects with offers:
Tyron Johnson
Derrius Guice
TD Moton
Kevin Henry
Stanley Morgan
Lanard Fournette
At this point, would all six be considered LSU leans?
I know Johnson is the most touted and has interest in TAMU but with shakeups on their staff are we in the lead?
Safe to assume LSU is the leader for Moton after his decommitment?
Henry and Guice could pop anytime in LSU's favor.
Word I've heard from nola is Morgan and Fournette are high on LSU. What have yall heard?
No confirmation of an offer for Derrick Dillon, correct?
Heard Grimes will try and recruit Jerry Tillery, hope thats true (and works in our favor)
These are the only ones with offers, right?
Who do yall see getting offers at (or before) Boys of the Boot?

Trying to stir some more 2015 talk.
Linemen, on both sides of the ball, are likely to make up a large chunk of the class.
Who are the top instate prospects on LSU's radar?
I like:
Garrett Thomas
Adrian McGee
Grant Burguillos
John Washington
Jozie Milton
Isiah Washington
Joe Anderson
and obviously TD Moton and Jerry Tillery
