Honestly for the life of me I dont understand why people are so quick to bust the dude about this. I mean he did nothing to get initially arrested, was with a kid who maturely walked away and the immature cop chases after him to arrest him. Abuse of power IMO and deserved a beat down.
The 18 YO "thug" friend was the mature one in this situation. Not the cop.
