Is anyone thinking about getting tickets in the new Fan zone at the arena?

Question one.
Do you get seats or is it standing room only?
Question 2.
Is it worth it, or would money be better spent on side court terrace tickets?
ETA and no it won't have a pool, if it has a pool, I will buy Souljah drinks at every game as long as I am alive.
I used to sit in the handicapped row of 107. It was like club thing they are doing now. We had a folding chair and a place to put our drinks.
I miss the seats, but I haven't missed much in the two years since I gave them up.
